The below article was written by David Snell from familyshare. listen as he advice below.

Hi guys. Little is the liking of this world more than tomatoes, but one of them is formality. I can not handle it. Suits and ties with pompom and sticker .... When things get serious, I'm the guy who's playing around. Keep me in my comfort zone. But now we have to talk about very serious things. The fact that I take the time to write this proves I'm as passionate. Seriously understand the message - even if you hate it.

5 challenging tips that all young people need to hear - David Snell

You may wonder why you have to listen to me, and that's a good question. I think I'm just a random voice on the Internet, but I offer you: I'm on the other side where you are now. I did it in high school. I even did this recently at the university and until recently I married. I went through adolescence and did it in real life. On the way, I've taken some wisdom, which I think will be relevant to you in your life. And if you have no other reason to read, do it because your mother asked for it. see below

1. Be humble
It is proud at the root of every real problem. Humility is a cure. It can be difficult for a teenager to swallow. You are trying to find your place in the world. You are no longer a child and you want respect, but you are always subject to the rule of your parents and teachers. You are preparing for the rest of your life and many people will be worried about it.

If you want respect, be humble. Accept Correction Try to understand the attitudes and opinions of others. If you're not wrong, admit it and change it.

Here are some of the pride you might be aware of. If it sounds real, just fix it. Change your habits. This will take you far to life:
  • Insulting others
  • Ignoring instructions from parents
  • Talking back to teachers/parents
  • Talking bad about others behind their backs
  • Not recognizing your own faults or not apologizing for them

2. Your parents really know what they are talking about.

Just hang out with me here. Do not close immediately. I know this kills you to hear this, and you can turn your eyes on the screen, thinking it's just another lesson in your older ones. Relax for a moment and keep an open mind.

You parents were not born old and boring. They were young once too. Every year I understand that better. When they give you rules and advice, that's because they want what's best for you, and they are very familiar with the dangers you face every day.

They may not be cold. They may still not know how to use AirDrop, but they love you and deserve to hear them.

3. Who cares about your friends
You've heard it, but I'll repeat: after you finish high school, you will lose contact with 95% of your friends (unless you call "contact" with occasional Facebook). That's right.

So make sure you spend those years been you. There is a mistake to go through high school to "understand" who you are. You are doing a high school that creates you. Build in the person you want.

Giving negative peer pressure just to fit is not worth it. If you see someone being abused in school, get up for them. Be cool. Be friendly to those without a friend. These are things that people remember after high school. These are things that are important.

4. Be careful with your smartphone
If you have a smartphone, consider it very happily. These things have more power than we would ever understand, and some are terribly abusing them. So a few words of advice:

If not to say in the face, not text, tweeter, Snap it, whisper it, Tumblr, Reddit or Facebook. This brings us back to our first point of humility. If you make sense, do so without inciting disagreement and intentionally insulting others.

On the World Wide Web you will find a different opinion. It's just a fact of a thousand years of existence. One measure of your character is how you respond when you come to these attitudes. Will you participate in the war of social media in the comment section? Or will you engage in constructive exchange of thought?

Do not intimidate them online. I'm serious. People die.

Also, do not spend time watching p**n on the phone. P**nography is a great way of sabotaging real relationships and destroying your character. That's a bigger problem than you think.

5. When it comes to women, relax
I know you have a lot of hormones that run through your veins these days. Keep them in control. This will save you many potential problems and will save some 400 gray hairs from your parents.

Make sure you do not become serious with someone during high school. Become parents should only begin when you no longer live with your parents. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but that makes sense to me. You should not be in a hurry. Be smart about your relationships, especially with regard to sync.

It will be amazing

We live in a very scary world. Anyone with the ability to improve is responsible for improvement. You have that ability. Be the best person you can today. If you do this every day, it becomes a habit. Then it becomes the one you are. Do not be afraid to make changes. Do not be afraid to make a mistake, but be humble to deal with them.

See you on the other side.
