Fish seller buys herself a car as a gift as she completes her NYSC

A fishmonger bought a car to commemorate the passing out of her NYSC.

Sharing pictures of her new car and her dismissal certificate from the NYSC, Paschaline Bernard Ifeoma said it was an “ordinary corper” but that she “didn’t sit around and wait for the miserable addition of 19,800“ civil servants fee”.

She said she was a fishmonger, farmer and filmmaker while serving the nation.

She added that leaving the NYSC was not the “next phase” for her because she had already witnessed the next phase.

Father and priest arrested after lady died while being delivered of witchcraft

An Ayelala priest has been arrested over the death of a 25-year-old woman, Idowu Ogunkoya, at his shrine in Ogun State.

According to reports via TheNation‘, the victim’s father, Temitayo Ogunkoya, said to have taken her to the shrine to be delivered of witchcraft, was also arrested.

The incident occurred on Sunday at Ojuolota, Ijesha Road in Ago-Iwoye. It was gathered that the priest, Lekan Olukolu, was apprehended following a complaint by the deceased’s fiancé, Lucky Oghenetega.

Oghenetega, it was gathered, told the police that the priest shaved the deceased’s hair and gave her a liquid substance to drink.

A complete stranger she met on Twitter made it his duty to fund her account with the sum of N10,000 monthly.

A twitter user has shared the sad story of a Woman who died due to child birth complications but it was after she refused the doctor’s advice to undergo cesarean delivery (surgery) for her safety and that of her twin babies.

The sad part of the story is that the couple reportedly waited for 19 years before she’d finally get pregnant with twins.

UNN Clinic administers expired drip to young man that almost kills him

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka clinic has been accused by a Twitter user, identified as @Emmuskillful of administering expired saline drip on his younger brother which almost led to his death.

Posting photos of the pack of expired drip, he wrote:

”University of Nigeria Nsukka(UNN) is trash… My younger brother almost died in their clinic after they gave him 8packs of expired saline drip. This is not OK… Gambling with people’s lives. Please someone should do something.”

Pastor tells 17-year-old girl to wed without informing her family in Imo state

An Imo-state based man identified as De Raph Man on Facebook has publicly dissociated himself from his younger sister’s wedding after she was instructed by her church not to inform any member that she was getting married.

He said he was shocked when a friend of his contacted him in anger for refusing to invite him to his sister’s wedding.

Surprised by the friend’s comment, Raph said he went home and asked his sister who confirmed to him that she was getting married.

Raph said the sister was instructed by the church, Fishers of men Charismatic church Isiokpo, not to tell anyone in her family that she was getting married. Her inlaws did not come for any introduction.
