The Huawei P40 Pro has been in the news lately and here's everything you need to know about the device. The phone is the successor to the P30 series launched in recent years. The P30 series has been a huge success with the camera features that we hope to see even better in the P40 series.

Huawei will launch the P40 Pro in March 2020, along with the Huawei P40, P40 Lite and Huawei P40 Pro PE or Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition. While other P40 series have fewer cameras on board, the Huawei P40 Pro PE or Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition comes with a Penta camera at the back.

Huawei P40 Rumor Specs

While we await the official spec details, rumors have it that the Huawei P40 being the standard edition will have 6.1-6.2″ OLED punch-hole display and up to 8GB RAM. It will have two storage versions 64 and 128GB, and a 5000mAh battery capacity. The device will come with Triple Leica rear camera setup and Dual punch-hole selfie cameras. This series will be the cheapest model in the flagship range.

Huawei P40 Lite

This will be the cheapest version of all the series and it will feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display. For the storage and RAM, the device will come 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. It will pack a smaller 4200mAh battery, a single 16MP punch-hole selfie camera and a Quad camera setup of 48MP primary sensor + 8MP wide-angle lens + 2MP dedicated macro lens + 2MP depth sensor.

Huawei P40 Pro

The version will feature a slightly bigger screen, RAM and storage version. It comes with the same storage version as the Huawei P40, but at the back, has 4 camera setup.

This will be the high-end version and also the most costly among the series. The phone will have a Penta-camera setup, and designed with glass-like ceramic back.
