The Nokia 9 PureView was officially launched according to the plan during the MWC event. Here is an overview of the phone as well as complete specifications. An overview of the specifications shows that the smartphone comes with a large internal storage capacity of 6 GB and 128 GB of memory, and has a 5.99-inch HD HD display with HDR10 support. The phone launches Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 and runs on Android 9 Pie OS.

Nokia 9 PureView Design And Display Review

The phone has a 5.99-inch Quad HD pOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes with an HDR10 support and has a screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. The Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection is on both the front and the back. The Nokia 9 PureView has an in-display fingerprint scanner, has a water-resistant body with IP67 ratings.

It comes with a body dimension measuring 155 x 75 x 8mm, and a weight of 172 grams. The phone is available in Midnight Blue colour. It has a single speaker with smart amp, and 3 x mics with spatial recording.

The Nokia 9 PureView packs a bigger 6GB RAM, with a 128GB storage option. You can expand the memory using a micro-SD card. The phone is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 845 64-bit 10nm chipset clocked at 2.8GHz. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and features an Adreno 630 GPU. As for power, Nokia 9 PureView comes with a 3320mAh battery and supports fast charging. Also the phone supports Wireless Charging, which is another added advantage.

The best part of HMD Global’s Nokia 9 PureView smartphone, it the cameras. For the first time, the company is launching a 5 camera smartphone, capable of capturing HDR shots simultaneously.

The phone features a 12MP penta rear cameras, two RGB and three monochrome lenses to collect up to 10-times the amount of light than a single colour sensor. According to HMD Global, the cameras are capable of shooting 60-megapixel images in burst mode and can process up to 240 megapixels of data. On the front, is a huge 20-megapixel front selfie shooter.
