Apple officially launched the new XS iPhone smartphone with iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR and the new Apple Watch at a special event held in Cupertino, California, on its futuristic campus. IPhone XS is the successor of the iPhone X since last year. It therefore offers features and enhanced features that you will find below.
Display & Design
iPhone X sports a near bezel-less 5.8-inch OLED display at 2436 x 1125 pixel resolution, with a notch at the top and 463 pixel-per-inch (PPI) density which produces amazing colors for viewing pleasure. The phone is IP 68 certified: making it dust and water resistant, it has a glass body and stainless steel design, weighing in at about 177 grams.
Memory & Processor
In terms of performance, the iPhone XS is the first smartphone from Apple to have 4GB of RAM. It comes equipped with three inbuilt memory variants of 64GB, 256GB and 512GB, but no option nor slot for expandable storage and MicroSD card. Under the hood, the XS is powered by Apple's own A12 Bionic chipset, paired with an Apple GPU (three-core graphics) GPU which offers smooth graphical performance.
Camera
For images and videos duties, iPhone XS features a pair of 12-megapixel cameras with quad LED flash, sapphire crystal lens cover, optical image stabilization, autofocus (Phase detection) and back-illuminated sensor (BSI). On the other side, there is a 7MP front-facing snapper with HDR shooting feature and Facial Recognition for security of your files and data on the phone.
Battery
To keep the lights on, iPhone XS 2915mAh Li-ion battery which can power the phone for a whole day. It also supports fast charging technology witu built-un wireless feature. This handset also uses Electronic SIM card (e-SIM) which is an almost-invisible SIM card soldered into the motherboard of the iPhone XS.
