Security mode or Safe mode prevents third-party applications and services from running, but only allows applications to run close or pre-installed. This will, however, solve all the problems you have with your device, especially with malware, viruses, and more.

Basically, a safe mode way prevents you from doing anything that is not installed on your phone. It is specially designed to troubleshoot and prevent the use of all features of your phone.

You can run safe mode to resolve these issues: hang, react, malicious software, virus, deleting, deleting unwanted and stubborn applications, removing unwanted ads, and more.

Here are some simple steps to get started with the Safe Method on all Infinix devices:

Procedure 1

Hold down the power key and quickly turn off the power button before turning off the power and you will see options such as POWER OFF and REBOOT (or other depending on the phone). Then press REBOOT and it will automatically restart in safe mode.

Procedure 2

1. Turn off and turn on the Infinix device and press and hold the HOME button while the phone is switched on.
2. Then, in the left corner of the phone, you will see the Safe Mode button.
3. Select it and your phone will start directly in safe mode.

Procedure 3

1. Then turn off the phone, then press and hold POWER and LOCK until the device starts with the Infinix logo.
2. When starting the Infinix logo, press and hold the VOLUME button while sliding the POWER button and making sure that the VOLUME button is held until the unit restarts.
3. The security mode or safe mode would be visible in the left corner of the screen and remove your hand from the VOLUME button.
4. Now, leave the safe way by pressing the POWER and LOCK buttons and press RESTART.
