The Nigerian Army on Monday found that its men killed three Bok** Ha**am terrorists and recovered 200 cattle in the state of Borno.
The announcement was made by the General Brigadier. Sani Kukasheka, Public Relations Officer for the Army, in a press release published in Maiduguri.
Kukasheka said that the recovered cattle had already been planted in the village of Makandari, in the area of local government Kale Balge in the state of Borno.
A fire replacement occurred on Saturday in Beneri, resulting in the death of two rebels and the recovery of stolen cattle.
One more fire occurred in Firgi, in the area of local government Bama, where members of the troops slayed the riot police, killing one of them.
In total, rebels recovered cattle, AK-47 rifles, an empty magazine, two motorcycles, and a national ID card.
Kukasheka said, “Troops of 21 Brigade, Operation Lafiya Dole, in conjunction with elements of 121 Battalion, on Friday, laid an ambush for Boko Haram terrorists at one of their suspected crossing points near Firgi, Bama Local Government Area of Borno State.”
