Dan Middleton, a former retailer employee, earned 12.3 million pounds of online recording and the richest YouTube in 2017.
The 26-year-old publisher of images on YouTube video games pages describes what is happening, makes money from video advertising, and is classified as a professional "YouTube".
Middleton, known as DanTDM for millions of young fans, sees more than 16 million people, and videos have been viewed more than 10 billion times.
He launched his empire during his studio recording on the popular adventure game Pokémon, and his videos are now mostly focused on Minecraft's computer animation game where players create the world in blocks.
Middleton, who is now married, holds the Guinness World Record for "Most Displays for the Minecrafter Video Channel".
