Collins Ohaegbu, a member of the Corps, who was in the state of Akwa Ibom for his year of service, would have drowned during a bathing on the River Okat in the state of Onna LGA.
According to sources, the incident occurred on Friday as his body was found on Saturday and has since been submitted to the state morgue.
