Appeal against singer Usher, accusing him of being infected with a woman with herpes, was rejected, TMZ writes.
Laura Helm, who first filed a lawsuit under the name of Jane Doe, filed a $ 20 million court order after claiming that Usher had unprotected s**x with her and gave herpes.
However, TMZ reports, two days before the trial, someone said to the phone, she only protected sex with the singer.
Helm's attorney withdrew from the case, and Helm's new lawyer testified that the case was dismissed.
However, the resignation comes with a small questionnaire: he was dismissed without prejudice, "with the intent to repeat it."
Singer's lawyer Steve Sadow told people he hopes the resignation will "end the opportunistic lawsuit against Usher in Georgia."
