Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha says there are no better people in the presidency than President Muhammadu Buhari.

Okorocha said this by addressing the leaders of the "Democratic Youth Congress 2019 for the Buhari", who on Tuesday called for a call to the Owerri State House.

He urged all Nigerians to support President Buhari for the second term, adding that all but two governors, regardless of party affiliation, were in favor of another term of office for the president.

"President Buhari is best for the country at that time and it would be a better choice now. I am a Buhari believer and made a few years ago that if President Buhari came as president I did not run, so, God has chosen to be Nigeria's president, and some of us testify that Buhari is currently and still the best for Nigeria, "he says.

Okorocha also said that the rapid exit of the recession to Nigeria was a proof of perseverance in Buhari, adding that he had abandoned his ambition to better support the Bukhari.

Inviting others to provide the same level of support, he noted that the second mandate of Bukhari would strengthen unity and peace in Nigeria.

"Buharía's support for the second term will bring the new Nigeria we are talking about, which will first put Nigeria, and the unity we are looking for will be secured by this administration.
"Our nation is going through difficult times and we need a Caliber man to see us at that time.
"People should not use the result of Anambra's election to judge Bukhari's support because it does not reflect support.
"Even the government and people from Anambra are supporting President Buhari, what happened was that the internal disagreement between APC leaders in Anambra cost the elections."
