“The ‘OnePlus TV’ is representative of the company’s values, vision and proud focus on delivering user-centric breakthrough innovation,” said the company.
The TV will feature smart capabilities coupled with the company’s ‘burden-less’ design philosophy to offer users a smooth and connected experience.
OnePlus has also unveiled the OnePlus TV logo, which is OnePlus logo with the word “TV” next to it. For this, the company was “inspired by classic geometric progression, which can be seen from so many classic art forms, such the ancient Hindu symbol, the mandala, and the famous ancient Greek temple.”
There is no word on the launch date of the TV but recent filing with the Bluetooth SIG, however, suggests that the OnePlus TV will run Android and use LED panels in sizes 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch 4K LED TV models.
