Recently, WhatsApp expressed that clients have until 15 May 2021 to acknowledge changes to the Facebook-possessed informing stage's terms of administration and security strategy or lose access.
In an inversion, Facebook presently says that arrangement has changed, and clients who don't acknowledge the refreshed strategy really will not restricted usefulness (by means of TNW).
Given ongoing conversations with different specialists and security specialists, we need to clarify that we won't restrict the usefulness of how WhatsApp functions for the individuals who have not yet acknowledged the update," a WhatsApp representative said in an articulation.
“We will continue to remind users from time to time and let them accept the update, including when they choose to use relevant optional features like communicating with a business that is receiving support from Facebook,” WhatsApp said.
