As expected, Infinix launched the Infinix Hot 10S (and NFC 10S) as part of the Hot 10 family and was the first company to launch Android 11 (with XOS 7.6 with an updated user interface).

The Infinix Hot 10S has a large 6.82-inch display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 180 Hz sampling rate, and is powered by MediaTek Helio G85, a 12 nm chipset with a pair of Cortex - A75 cores (2 GHz) and six A55 cores GHz), plus the Small G52 MC2 running at 1 GHz.

According to Infinix, the GPU is 32% faster than the Adreno inside the Snapdragon 665. It comes with Android 11 out of the box, 4-6GB of RAM, 64-128GB storage space.

Looking at the cameras, it features a 48MP sensor rear camera with a Super Nightscape mode for low-light photography. It is also capable of recording 1080p videos and 240fps slow-mo clips. Also at the back, there’s a 2MP depth camera an “AI Lens”. On the front is an 8MP camera with a bokeh mode for videos.

Other features include dual-SIM 4G connectivity with VoLTE support, Ultra Power Mode can stretch the last 5% of battery charge to 3 and a half hours of voice calls. Wired connectivity includes a micro USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Battery

It is housed by a battery capacity of a 6,000 mAh battery for the Hot 10S which (according to Infinix) can deliver over 17 hours of gaming on a single charge or days and days of music playback. The NFC model has a 5,000 mAh battery. In both cases, charging is done at 10W.

Pricing

The Infinix Hot 10S will start at $130 for the 6/128GB model, The Infinix Hot 10S NFC will start at $120 for the 4/128GB model (there is a 4/64GB option as well).

It will first of all be available in Indonesia from May 12 and will expand to other countries.
