The new Xiaomi phone, the Mi 10, went on sale in China on February 14th and sold out in a minute. While the second sale will take place on February 21, the company put the device up for sale today at 10:00 am.
In the second Mi 10 sale, the professional went on sale today, with the company reporting that the stock was sold in just 55 seconds, five seconds before the first sale, with the company earning more than 200 million yuan.
At the moment, Xiaomi Mi 10 duo may likely face shortage because the demand is high and there is no word from the company when Mi 10 will go on sales again.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 comes with a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The peak brightness on the panel reaches 1200 nits with a contrast of 5,000,000:1.
Under the hood, the device comes powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 865 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.0 storage. Thanks to SD865 SoC, the phone comes with support for both SA and NSA dual-mode 5G connectivity.
As for cooling, the phone comes with Vapour Chamber liquid-cooling system with multiple layers of graphite and AI machine learning to keep the temperature under control. The company is also offering a special cooling fan as a separate accessory.
