IPhone X is associated with another bug that sometimes disables users to respond to incoming calls. This problem is stubborn because it was recorded in December last year and again, restarting the software does not go any further.
There was an incoming call error because the iPhone X display sometimes stays awake for 6 to 10 seconds after the call arrives, preventing owners from pressing the Accept or Answer or reject call buttons. This is frustrating because it allows the caller to wonder why he / she is neglected, especially if it is a business call.
More than 800 iPhone X users reported this mistake and complained about Apple's official support forum. Apple is currently investigating the matter, but according to the Financial Times, the company is unaware of the causes and times when the problem will be resolved for now. I hope Apple will solve it sooner or later.
A phone that costs about $ 1,000 (introductory price) should not face such problems. Apple should give good value for money.
