Safinatu Muhammad, a social critic, a fashion enthusiast and a transmitter who worked with NTA, is dead.
She died after returning from the
United States where she was subjected to
brain tumor surgery. Before her demise, she was
fight Alzheimer's disease. Her death was announced two months after the incident.
She was buried after a funeral in the Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart, Badagry, Lagos. She was 69 and she survived her son, Mukhtar.
