The Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Nigeria 2016 Rectors Cup Which started on June 2016 and finally ends today been 7th of July 2016. The competition was actually tough to win. It was played in both sides, Male and Female team. Actually the male teams were grouped by Departments while the female teams were grouped by Schools.
At the end of the match it was just like a dream to both side winners. in 2014 Rectors cup the both teams were the winner just as it happens today. Before the rectors cup, the SUG cup was won by the team "Computer Science". The match ended by a goal margin(1:0) While the female match ended by two goals margin (2:0) to see Computer Science Department and SIAS win their finals respectively.
